Happy Diwali

Diwali holds a great importance in every Indian's calender year. You love it or hate it but you cant ignore it. It's symbolised by display of crackers, home/office enlightenment with diyas,
purchases of lot of sweets, new clothes, new ledgers for business etc. I remember we used to get new clothes as a kid on two occasions -when we change our academic sessions in school ( we would outgrow our existing clothes) or on Diwali.

You can be from any religion but you cant ignore the juvenile fun of burning crackers.

Two new things i did this diwali:
  • Worked for NGO for funding poor kids by selling crackers
  • Did fast for 9 days for Navratri
Both things were so satisfying mentally as well as physically that i hope to continue them years to come.

Diwali brings in a lot of happiness and calmness of the morning after night long crackers is so amusing.

I would like to wish every one Happy Diwali and  New year!
